Bound 1938 Ford V8 / V12 Service Bulletins - Mechanical Description: This is the originally bound V8 & V12 Mechanical Service Bulletins from the Ford Motor Company. It is the original folder from 1938 that is bound by 7 silver binding rings the pages are separated by dividers labeled onto categories. It is a great historical piece that hold the charm of sitting in a Ford Service Centre in 1938. The Service Bulletins were planned so that they contained comprehensive service information for the Ford dealers and service agents. On the inside page there is the Henry Ford quote "In the Ford Motor Company we emphasize service equally with sales. It has always been our belief that a sale does not complete the transaction between us and the buyer but establishes a new obligation on us to see that his car gives him service...". It folder is designed to withstand the environment of a service centre and has done this successfully. The folder is in good solid condition, the rings are rusted, the inside pages are well used and worn as you would expect when mechanics are flipping though it, however all pages are legible.
