The Ford V8 Album - Early Ford V8 Club of America
Description:
This book titled "The V-8 Album - Early Ford V-8 Club of America" is a compilation of facts and photographs pertaining to Fords & Mercurys and a Tribute to the Flathead V-8 Engine that powered them for 21 years. 1932-1953. It was produced by 'The Early Ford V-8 Club of America' in California - A non-profit organisation dedicated to the restoration and preservation of Ford Motor Company-Built Vehicles, 1932 - 1953. The Early Ford V-8 Club of America consisted of a few hundred members spread across the country who shared a lvoe for Ford products of 1932 - 1953 vintage. Information about these cars was scanty because although they had been the backbone of hot rodding for may years, there was relatively little interest in restoring them to their original state until the early 1960's. This book is highly illustrated with mostly black & white photographs and a few colour photographs throughout and many illustrations. It has a lot of information about the cars in this vintage. It is a hard cover book.
