Model T Ford 1920s Novelty Policeman Radiator Mascot Description: This item is a genuine novelty radiator mascot from the 1920's. It is a wonderful old whirlygig mascot - the arms swing in a circular motion and the piece is designed to do this when the vehicle is in motion. The policeman's body is made out of metal and his arms are made from a hard wood. The body rotates around from the base. His uniform is navy blue with silver showing through where the paint has come off. His face is silver and there is still some blue paint for his eyes and a little red paint for his lips. On the back of his belt reads "PAT. PDG". The mascot is still attached to an old model T radiator cap. This cap is no longer functional. A very rare whirlygig mascot in good unrestored order. Size: It is quite large in size - measures 10" in height and 5" in width at its thickest point. It weighs 400gms. Condition: Used Rating (3 out of 5) This radiator mascot is in good used condition for its age. It has some paint loss over his body where the paint has cracked although the paint on his arms are in good condition. There is general wear as it has probably been exposed to the elements.
